While Kinesiology can mean the study of movement, it is also a relatively new form of holistic therapy that addresses imbalances in the body. It is rooted within the body-focused group of psychotherapies and also makes use of aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Ayurvedic Chakra system. This new approach is able to effectively and permanently address unresolved stress that is stored in the cells of the body. Using muscle testing, kinesiology allows the client’s body to have a voice, pointing towards its own treatment needs.
