Breathwork The breath alters your whole physiology of the body. Breathwork can be done using many different techniques. It is a tool used to consciously alter the mental, physical and energetic state. This can be extremely therapeutic. It can assist with: lowering anxiety levels, reducing stress, releasing trauma or energy stuck within the body, slowing down a busy mind, boosting immunity, regulation of the nervous system, sleep, improving general clarity or something specific, connecting to intuition or higher self, detoxification, calm and stillness, performance.
